Co-Head Coach - Jennifer Van Alstine

Bio: Jennifer Van Alstine is currently attending Cal State Fullerton, as a business major with a minor in psychology. She started playing lacrosse on a CIF team as a freshman in high school at a school in Northern California and has continued to play competitively ever since. She learned to play all the field positions, but focused the most on offense and midfield. Jennifer has been very active in the lacrosse community by starting club teams and coaching. She has previously coached numerous teams in the Orange County area. These teams range from elementary school level to high school. In addition, Jennifer plays for and co-captain-coaches the Cal State Fullerton’s girls’ lacrosse team.

Co-Head Coach - Michelle Van Alstine

Bio: Michelle Van Alstine is currently majoring in Business Management with a minor in Psychology at California State University, Fullerton. She was introduced to the game of lacrosse her freshman year of high school. She learned how to play on a CIF team in Northern California. She has played every position on the field, but particularly loves the defensive side. This resulted in her playing mostly defensive wing and goalie. She continues to play on the club team her sister and she started at Cal State Fullerton.

Michelle has been coaching for the last three years for multiple teams that range from elementary school to high school age girls. Recently, she has also started to learn how to referee. Lacrosse is one of her passions and she is so excited to see it growing so fast in Orange County.
