- At John Carroll, played for Coach Boo Smith (UVA ’74) who was the 1974 NCAA Division I William C. Schmeisser Award winner (an award given annually to the nation's most outstanding NCAA lacrosse defenseman)

- 1992 Led UVA Midfielder’s in scoring as Sophomore
- 1993 Led Midfielder’s in scoring as Junior (tied w/ Greg Traynor); helped lead UVA to NCAA Quarterfinals against Johns Hopkins scoring a hat trick at Homewood Field in this game.
- 1994 Played in NCAA Division I Final Four defeating Syracuse in sudden-death overtime 15-14; scored 1 goal
- 1994 Played in NCAA Division I National Championship in front of 30,000 fans, then a record. Lost to Princeton in Sudden Death overtime 9-8.

- One of most storied club lacrosse teams before Pro Outdoor League (MLL) formed in 2000
- Teammates of note: Gary Gait, Paul Gait, Tom Marachek, Quint Quessinech, Mark Million, Sean Radebaugh, Dan Radebaugh, Mario Lopez, Brian Docherty, Kip Fulks, Ryan Wade, Woody Moore)
- Team Toyota hosted free clinics for kids up and down the east coast to help the game of lacrosse at the grassroots level.
1997
- 1 of 50 Midfielders in the United States invited to tryout for TEAM USA at Princeton University
2000-present
- (played for various teams in CLA – LaxWorld, Hollywood, Adrenaline, Team Quiksilver)
2004-present
- Founded OC Starz Lacrosse with Scott Hochstadt, the first Starz Lacrosse team. OC Starz Lacrosse is a club lacrosse program for grades 2-12 that operates in the summer and winter.
2005-present
- Founded Earthquake Lacrosse. EQL has leagues, camps, and tournaments.
- Currently EQL Spring Ball and EQL Fall Ball are the most successful programs within Earthquake Lacrosse.
2005-present
- Head Coach at St. Mary’s for 5-6 grade and 7-8 grade teams. In 2006 helped form the PAL Lacrosse league with Mel Taylor that included St. Mary’s, St. John’s, St. Anne’s, and Serra Catholic.

- Midfielder for LA Riptide in Major League Lacrosse
